2. Scope of Services

The service offers:

• improvement of product photo quality (lighting, colors, background),
• generation of clothing visualizations on virtual models,
• creation of custom AI models based on user-uploaded photos,
• generation of professional titles and descriptions for sales listings based on product photos (Listing Generator),
• tracking sales statistics on reselling platforms (Vinted Profit Tracker),
• saving history of generated materials.

The service operates on a credit-based model. Generating photos requires photo credits, and generating descriptions requires listing credits. Each credit pool is separate.

3. User Account

To use the service, the user must:

• be at least 18 years old,
• provide a valid email address and verify it,
• maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

The user is responsible for all activity performed on their account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The service offers free and paid plans.

Key rules:

• some features are only available in paid plans,
• credits renew cyclically with subscription renewal,
• unused credits do not carry over to the next period,
• photo credits and listing credits are separate pools and are not interchangeable,
• payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases (e.g., double charging).

5. Uploaded Content

The user:

• retains rights to uploaded photos,
• bears full responsibility for the legality of content,
• confirms that they have consent from people visible in photos.

It is forbidden to upload content that is:

• illegal,
• pornographic,
• infringing on third-party rights,
• misleading.

6. Generated Materials (Images and Text)

The user:

• has the right to use generated images, including commercially,
• has the right to use generated listing descriptions, including commercially,
• bears responsibility for how they are used.

The company does not guarantee perfect quality or absence of errors in AI-generated materials. The user is obliged to verify generated descriptions before publication. It is forbidden to deliberately use the generator to create fraudulent or misleading product descriptions.

7. Intellectual Property

• Materials uploaded by the user remain their property.
• The UpVinti name, logo, and service design belong to MP Merlin Limited and may not be used without permission.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". The company is not liable for:

• service interruptions,
• data loss,
• results of using generated materials.

The company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

9. Personal Data Protection

Data is processed in accordance with GDPR and UK law.

The user has the right to:

• access their data,
• correct data,
• delete their account and data.

10. Service Termination

The user may:

• delete their account at any time,
• cancel their subscription.

The company may suspend or delete an account in case of terms violation.

11. Terms Changes

The company has the right to update these terms.

Users will be notified of significant changes by email.

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by UK law.

Disputes are resolved by courts in the United Kingdom.
